These Inspector General Instructions include the

This
instruction establishes official policy on the U. S. Army Cadet Corps
(ACA) Inspector General System (IGS) and describes the organization and
procedures for managing and employing the IGS.

5041.2, The Complaint Program
This
Instruction establishes policies related to the U. S. Army Cadet Corps
Complaint Program and describes the procedures for managing and employing the
program.
ACAINST 5041.3, Inspection Program (Pending Approval)
This
instruction establishes official policy on the U. S. Army Cadet Corps Inspection System.

5370.4A, Cadet Protection Policy
This
instruction is the official policy on Cadet Protection for the U. S. Army Cadet Corps and describes the U. S. Army Cadet Corps’ policies concerning the procedures for
identifying, reporting, and responding to Cadet abuse situations.

11100.1A, Lodging
This
instruction establishes official policy regarding the lodging of members of the American Cadet Alliance, Inc. (ACA), as well as guests, during authorized training evolutions. This Instruction is particularly important from an Inspector General viewpoint
as to how it pertains to and affects Cadet Protection.
